Upside Down
Upside down, inside out, falling down, and all around or flipping out, dropping in, just to find we have “thin skin,” as we float or fly and sometimes pass right by and find ourselves upside down.
Daughter down, son too, what are we to do? Turn it around, leave town, break it down, dance around, let it go, and always know, we can always go upside down.
Mystified, disidentified, dismayed, detached, fell in a trap, now where’s the latch? Where was I when everything seemed to go upside down?
Players, manipulators, people just trying to get their needs met, seeking something or someone outside of themselves and in pain and wretchedness, turning to any means to pray upon each other as they pray upon themselves, since they did not pray to God and found themselves in hell- upside down.
Turn to the bottles, turn to the throttle, fly like a bat out of hell right into hell separated from any semblance of peace, love and harmony. We turn to bottles, instead of feeding our seed and activating our spiritual facility, so we go upside down.
Daughter down, son too, sex and drugs go in the stew. My precious child, gone fully wild, insane from pain, then numb for a number, relief at any price, body soul and thing’s not nice. Exchange your body for a drug, for a substance, or maybe just a bag to lug. I’m sorry, I washed out when everything went upside down.
I disidentify, detach, found the key to the latch, if each would look to God for feeding, they would not feed upon each other, sister down beneath a brother, upside down.
What happens to equality and responsibility when we lose our way and go upside down? (Willowaterpoetry copyright 25 Nov 16) Yogimark.com
Return to Love
Oh my soul, my body, mind and soul, if you stray, remember, return to love.
The pain in your chest, the negatives in your mind, in reality they are always there as a facility to send the message: return to love.
Pain, God’s megaphone that Fear, Anger, Pride, Uncertainty or Doubt (FAPU) have run amuck, and everything looks quite screwed up, and people are falling down, upside down.
Oh dear soul, body, mind and soul, if you stray, return to love. Chose faith over fear, forgiveness over anger, compassion over pride, and love over uncertainty.
Come to see that “rascally mind,” that ego, choses to prop itself up sometimes with drama or counterdrama and the only way out is to realize ego is like a five year old, and just wants what it wants, so it can act like a three year old. Bring the egos together and you can have drama, war or hell, and some think that’s swell, unavoidable, but disagree-return to love.
One needs to ask: Where is my soul? In my Cerebrum, in my heart, in the gutter?
Mind and ego are a wonderful servant, but a terrible master, and better decisions often come from a disidentified soul: a loving and accepting soul that is one with the spirit of unconditional love. When the soul gets fed from source, healthy alignment happens.
So when troubles and desires beset you, the way out is to “tune in” and realize that all the pain and discomfort is to guide us all to return to love, to return our soul to our heart and have cerebral peace. If we can stay sober, avoid any pills or other bottles, then we will have a better chance of rising out of our reptilian brain, and even our mammalian brain and use the cerebral cortex more effectively in every instance, but then we need to know where we are at-where our soul is at, heart, head, or space- and if we have veered off course, how to return to love.

One Love
From the time we take our first sweet breath, till we go beyond release of death, if we take the time to pause and rest, we’ll see: One Love.
When we see the world through children’s eyes, and we look around find each surprise, if we take the time for pause and rest, we’ll feel: One Love
Where we fall and hurt, become aware, if there’s any truth to solitaire, if we look for love, we’ll find that love is there. One love.
In and out, and up and down- health complete, then broken down- love we sense and love we don’t, still’s there: One love.
The pain, the gain, in love’s embrace, we see each other face to face and find for all the brokenness, there also is togetherness, like stars exploding in and endless sea: One love. One love. One love.
Love goes beyond the sweet caress, and more beyond our happiness, it’s there in death and in duress, we’re free: free as we choose to be, if we have any choice at all, if we hear love’s eternal call, if we choose to be at one, and in the peace, and even if we just release: One love.
Love’s always more than words can say; Love’s rich in hues and great arrays, but love holds us in our passion plays, in time, any time that we chose to see, we’re part of inifinity. One love
